The Jon Katz Fan Club was waiting for me, as usual, when I came out of the shower. This is usually treat time, and it’s nice to have a fan club, good for the ego and an antidote to all the poison kicking around. Bud gets a small, safe food (he chokes on rawhide), the other two can eat just about anything.
Every morning, I wish them all a good and happy day and give them their daily treat. Okay, they get one in the evening too. I like flattery, just like anybody else, and dogs know how to kiss ass better than any animal on the planet.
I see from the picture of the 3 dogs that they have a ball just like one that my Zada has. I call it her covid ball because with all of the things sticking out of it, it reminds me of pictures of the coronavirus. It’s one of her favorites and I’m happy to let her attack the coronavirus with gusto!
