Once Maria heard on the radio that it might be possible to see a meteor shower between the hours of 2 and 3 a.m. this morning, I knew she would be outside looking. While I slept, she got up and went out into the pasture and the woods to look up at the sky and try to take some photos. Her Iphone didn’t catch any meteors or shooting stars, but it did manage to get a beautiful night photo.

Hats off to Apple for opening the door for some beautiful night photos. Maria watched for a couple of hours, came in, drank a glass of warm milk, but I had to play a night story on my phone to get her back to sleep. The Iphone cameras keep getting better.

We are heading off this morning to Bishop Maginn High School, she is teaching her sewing class, and I will be interviewing one of the children. More later.
