This is the right photo to take on a rainy, cold, and brooding November day. The picture is of a Katydid, an insect related to grasshoppers and crickets.

Our friend Kitty gave us this image and frame a couple of years ago, and it hands on the dining room wall. It was a good use of the Leica, which picked up all of the details.

I love the picture. There is beauty in everything, if you can look for it.
