Now that my special boot has been removed, I can go out into the pasture again with Maria in the morning, visit the animals and help with the chores (and take some photos). Slowly and day by day, my life is returning to normal.
I missed the pasture, but there was no way to walk around in that boot.
That’s a lovely feeling. I’m taking another walk today, going to Glens Falls to pick up some things for the refugees that I can’t find online. More later. Tomorrow, I’m going to Albany to plan for the assembly and distribution of our Thanksgiving Baskets.
