I’m having a blast trawling through the Internet looking for some extraordinary creatures for our Halloween Festival. We are sponsoring this event; it is a huge morale booster for the Mansion and the aides.
We’ve already delivered a dozen real pumpkins and 40 plastic ones. Today, Maria and Tania Woodward are meeting to paint some of the pumpkins with glow-in-the-dark paint. This is the one celebration (apart from Christmas) that the aides and residents love equally.
They need morale-boosting, I’m sure having a good time. I’ll keep the photos coming.
I love this green monster; he will go outdoors but light up at dusk and through the night—bright and colorful LED lights. I’m off to Bishop Maginn High School shortly to interview a young teacher about the future of Bishop Maginn High School.
More refugees are coming all the time.
I got four of these for the festival.
