My Leica and I took a walk this morning out in the pasture just after sunrise. Zinnia tagged along, hoping for a chance to chase her ball. I saw the sun’s outline through the clouds and thought this was a good chance to experiment with my settings.
I closed up the aperture and hoped the camera would catch what was really there as the clouds disappeared. It did. One of the things I love about my new Leica Monochrome is that it sees things I can’t see.
Sometimes I think this Leica can read my intentions.
I think the camera gave the sun its due, the Leica and me will take a walk every morning with Zinnia. Good morning to you all.
This is an enchanting photo! You have found the camera meant for your soul. Thanks again for always brightening my day.
Thanks Laura
That is a really beautiful photo. Are you saying that you can capture color with your new camera? This one blows my artistic mind away!
No, not color, it just caught the yellow around the sun…
