I never once imagined I would be posting a photograph of two new pairs of underwear.

But my coming out and my color campaign drew a lot of attention, and many people asked me what’s next. And I promised to be open, so here I am.

I am bored and sick to death of the underwear I’ve worn all my life. Time for some color and imagination.

I want the color to be on the outside and the inside. I want to feel brightness and energy. Underpants for men, especially older men, are uniformly drab and plain. These underpants are a statement to my soul and me.

You are only as old as you think you are or as other people try to tell you that you are.

Getting older isn’t just about more doctors and more pills. It’s about making sure you never stop loving color and light, and when necessary, change.
