Maria and I were speaking this morning about how we have begun to take the beautiful sight of animals grazing in the morning for granted on our farm. We always stop to look, it is a sweet meditation.

It still doesn’t seem normal to me, and it doesn’t ever get boring or predictable to see the peaceful inspiration of grazing.

I’m mindful that most of my readers don’t get to see this often or at all, and I always love seeing it, so I’m going to try to continue to catch a horse carriage image every day.

Donkeys are at peace with being photographed so long as it doesn’t interrupt their eating. Lulu and Fanny have each tried to eat my Iphone, though. I’m careful. I think they love posing by now – they always get a treat right after.
