Maria decided to move our portable greenhouse outside for the summer. It’s still a bit chilly but is expected to get warmer Sunday and beyond. I didn’t do that well planting Zinnia seeds in the indoor greenhouse, most of them died.
I hope tod to do better outdoors. Maria is in a gardening mood today, I’m driving Moise to the bus station in Glens Falls.
The $400 in pie and donut boxes arrived here yesterday and I drove them up to the farm.
Moise and Barbara are obsessive about paying their bills and debts, I told them there was no rush in re-paying me (I buy them online because they can’t use computers) but I see Moise won’t rest until I’m re-paid. He’ll be waiting with an envelope in his hand when I go to get him.
Some of my readers refer to these treks as Jon and Moise’s Road Trips. I love that.
Every year I plant my zinnia seeds outside in the ground and they do great. They are so colorful
Or Jon and Moise’s Excellent Adventure.
Roland Merullo has a series of books about road trips, Breakfast with Buddha, Lunch with Buddha and Dinner with Buddha. There are 2 related books, Vatican Waltz and The Delight of Being Ordinary. Vatican Waltz should be read before the Delight of Being Ordinary. You won’t see how they are related to the first 3 until you reach the end of the last one.
I’m backed up a year with books, Kathryn, but thanks for the tip..One day…
