We kicked off the first “Katz On Dogs” show. I enjoyed it very much. Few calls but lots of good talks, good e-mails, and the chance for us to work some bugs out.
Show two will be next week time and day to come. We covered a lot of ground, from animal grieving to dogs who chew on humans to deaf dogs, smart dogs, and not-so-smart dogs.

I don’t have a dog, but had an idea for a topic. I was out walking and was asked if I had seen a mastiff. It had run away while chasing a fox on a hiking trail somewhat near by. So, my topic idea is how do you train a dog so that it won’t do that?
I don’t think you can train a hunting dog not to do that, at least I couldn’t, but I’ll do some homework and talk about it on the show..thanks for sending it.. jon
