I wanted to thank you all for rushing to the aid of Nico, a two-year-old sweet and calm border collie in need of a home. I think he’s got one.

As of last night, a dozen blog readers had filled out applications with Best Friends Rescue.

More are in the pipeline,I’m told. Lucky dog.

The directors are going over the applications. Great news. I’m thinking of doing this on a weekly basis. The Army Of Good helps a lot of people, why not help some dogs?

Thanks so much for responding to this, Nico is a special dog, it’s wonderful to know he will have a good and loving place to live.
