Robin has figured out the camera is a good thing.
When I go out to see him, I make a clucking sound and he is curious and stares into the camera. He looks straight at the lens like most Bedlam Farm animals learn to do.
He is getting bigger every day and hops up and down off of hay bales and runs back and forth in the Pole Barn.
He seems happy with himself. Laurie is a patient mother, and we think it will be a month or two before we can let the two of them out in the general population. He’s starting to nibble on hay and once he starts drinking water he’ll be close to independence.
As to Laurie, she loves the Pole Barn and is happy to munch on hay all day long and rest in the rays of the sun.
Wonderful photo — I feel that I can reach out to my screen and give Robin a little scratch on her fuzzy head.
