The white dog against the white snow was almost too much for my camera to handle, it focused instead on the donkeys, a safer bet. But I loved the way Zinnia looked in the photo, she is a snow dog through and through and she was happy to sit outside the pole barn and watch the donkeys.
On our farm, when it snows heavily, the feeders get moved into the barn so the animals can be dry and eat in peace. It’s nice to be one of Maria’s animals.
