Our rescued geranium loves being on the windowsill in our bedroom. Sunshine in the morning, cool air all day and night.
This week, a flower blossomed on her stem.
Near-death and choking from Dahlia’s out in the garden, Maria got her out and gave her a new home in a pot near the foot of our bed. I call her the Hope and Faith flower.
In the Spring, she’ll find a new home out in the garden, safe from the Dahlia’s. Seeing her every morning lifts me up.
Jon,
This lovely photo is poetry to me.
