It’s cold and rainy here this morning, as the temperature drops, the barn cats cuddle on their porch pillows. Minnie and Flo are both hunters and barn cats, but they are also Maria’s animals, so they have cushions, chairs, treats, and fresh food.
In recent years, the two have grown closer together, by December they will be sleeping in the basement, where the temperature never drops below 50 degrees.
When they curl up together to stay warm, it tells me it will soon be time to put out hay for the donkeys and the sheep.
