Maria’s Schoolhouse Studio is a magical place to me, Maria never talks about her ongoing work, I am always delighted and surprised when I see it for the first time.
This is an unfinished piece tentatively entitled “Shield Of Words.”
Her shield is covered with hundreds of her words, and I am touched by her celebration of words and art together, especially given the times. I don’t know about the figure, she’ll explain it.
