Zinnia and I were out in the North pasture, she was chasing a ball with great enthusiasm. I heard the thunder and saw the lightning, the storm was just rushing up the road.

We got out of there just as it began to pour.

We got inside and I went out onto the porch to sit with the barn cats and watch the rain come down. There was little thunder and lightning around us, but plenty of rain, which we need.

Maria came out to sit with me and we had our morning meditation out there in the rain, with Flo and Minnie. Flo climbed into my lap and we had a sweet cuddle.
