Bud has a corner of the living room sofa he lives to curl up in. He puts his head on a pillow and watches us and stares out at the world. I often wonder what is going on inside a dog’s head, I wonder if Bud retains any image of Arkansas, or if he thinks about the chipmunk he has been stalking for a couple of weeks.
Bud seems like a very happy dog to Maria and I, he is so different than the worn out and sick wreck that came to us more than a year ago. He is a really good dog, loving and full of spirit.
It is calming to look at him sometimes, so I share this Calming Photo with you all.
Bud looks like a real sweetie.
Thank you , Jon. I needed a calming photo, and this is perfect! Love your blog and that you share your life with us. ❤️
I want to plant a big kiss on that wonderful snout!
We had a Boston terrier years ago named Bud so I love seeing his picture and learning his stories. He loved beer.
What a sweet boy Bud is, he looks so content.
I love that face!
I am happy Bud seems so content. Please give him a hug for me.
Sharing life with a dog at peace is very rewarding. Sharing life with a dog for whom peace is a newer experience attributable to you is unforgettable and transformative.
Thank you for sharing Bud with us all.
We have a Boston that we adopted 7 years ago and she is the light of my life. Bud is a happy and healthy boy and thank you so much for caring so much. Your journals are wonderful
I LOVE THAT LITTLE BUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
