As the Mansion aides come to work, they gather outside the “Heroes Work Here” sign we put up Sunday and sent me a photo. I won’t put them all up, but this one was a must: Tia, Kelly, and Melissa.

I think they like seeing the sign, and we sure liked putting it up. I have so love and respect for these wonderful people, I’ve had a first-hand view of the incredibly difficult and loving work that they do.

I thank all of you for supporting this work. Tomorrow, they get their cake.
