Whenever I visit an old cemetery, I notice how many children are buried there. I know that many children died back in time, there were few doctors and hospitals, and no anti-biotics.

I always go back to this tombstone of Georgie, the smallest one in the cemetery. I am always reminded to be fortunate for my life, I know I would have died many times over for most of the country’s history. Georgie is buried in the Grafton, Vt. cemetery.
