Great news from the Mansion today.
Nathan McKenzie, the Maintenance Director at the Mansion, sent me this video this afternoon of the first use of the new disinfectant fogger to help sanitize the Mansion and keep the coronavirus and other viruses out.
It’s an amazing thing to watch. Come and see what you did.
This machine costs $3,000 all together and could easily save lives.
The virus has been wreaking death and havoc in elder care facilities all over the country. The Mansion aides spent hours each day wiping down surfaces with Lysol, a time-consuming process – three times a day – that is not nearly as quick or effective as this disinfectant fogger.
Using all-natural disinfectants – no chemicals – the fogger releases a fog that fills rooms in seconds and kills 99.99 percent of all bacteria and viral matter. As the millions of microbes settle, they kill any kind of infection they land on.
Thank you all for supporting this wonderful and hopefully life-saving gift to the Mansion residents. In addition to fighting off the virus, they will help the residents to avoid colds and other infections.
I hope you will also consider helping me raise the $600 to $700 I need to help Bishop Maginn get a smaller and less expensive fogging machine and some Hypochlouris acid to help them sanitize the school so they can open in September.
It would be wonderful to do for Bishop Maginn what we did for the Mansion. Nathan helped me select the Bishop Maginn fogger, which they desperately need.
To help, you can donate via Paypal, [email protected], or by check, Bishop Maginn Fogger, Jon Katz, P.O. Box 205, Cambridge, N.Y., 12816.
Thanks again, Nathan will spray the Mansion in minutes, and the aides will spend most of their time helping the residents, which is the job they love and do so well.
