We were surprised to wake up with four or five inches of snow on the ground, soft and fuzzy, like Spring snowstorms are. This one was beautiful and short-lived.
We pay no attention to Spring snowstorms, we just pretend they are a snapshot and not really real. No shoveling, plowing, or boots. We just pretend it isn’t there, but I love the way my blue birdbath looked, Mother Earth can send the nicest texts of all.
We’ll be walking in the woods this afternoon, the snow will all be gone by Monday, if not sooner.
Jon, I love it. It reminds me of growing up in Maine. Your birdbath appears to be covered with a huge white doughnut!
