Bishop Maginn High School in Albany just put up a very sweet thank you not on their Facebook Page, along with a photo of me that I asked Maria to take after Sue Silverstein threatened me.

They are worth every nickel. The Catholic Church has had its troubles, but they still do a great deal of good. They have opened their hearts and faith to the refugee children who came here in distress but have found love and peace and refuge. Thanks to them also.
This picture is such a testament to who you once were and who you have become. In the beginning it was like talking to a neighbour over a very high fence, we could hear your voice but we could never see your face. It is just so lovely to see you so open. Thanks for sharing your life with us jon, i understand it comes at a cost. I appreciate your journey so much.
Thanks Rose, it does come at a cost, but the rewards are quite great…
