Anne Dombrowski is our bookkeeper, but she is not your typical bookkeeper. She is also an artist, a mask maker, and a fencer.
She came up to us as we were dropping mail off at the post office, and warned us from a distance that it was her, and not some lunatic walking the streets. She just wanted to say hello (from a distance).
Maria and I both got out of the car and gave her a standing ovation, she bowed gratefully. I loved the humor and creativity. Lots of people are getting grumpy right now, and Anne reminded us of the power of humor and irony. I couldn’t wait to share this, and I hope Anne inspires a genuine mask revolution.
It is more important than ever to laugh.
Absolutely wonderful!
Two gals from Christian Ministry delivered some wonderful food items to some of us at JD yesterday. They were wearing what looked like WW! gas masks, laughing and having a wonderful time. They brought much more than food–they brought laughter–as always–the best medicine.

Here’s a joke I saw in the window of a local BBQ takeout in my neighborhood:
What will the babies born nine months from now be referred to as? “Coronials”
What a wonderful talent your friend has! If she was to give on line mask making classes I would attend. I wouldn’t know the first thing about making them would be but it sure would be fun!!!
