Zinnia has a lot of friends in our town. Sitting at the bank drive-in this morning, Maria, our regular teller, came up behind our car, when she saw Zinnia (she usually sees her int the TV window at the drive-thru) she came over and the two got to touch noses in person.

I got this shot thanks to my rearview mirror.

It was really a sweet thing to see, and Zinnia cleaned up all day – biscuits at the bank, at the Walgreen drive-in window, at the Round House Cafe. I loved the meeting between the bank’s Maria (she always sends Zinnia a biscuit through the pneumatic tube), it was a very sweet way to start the day.
