It was a gorgeous day at the Bronx Zoo. New Yorkers were not put off by the coronavirus, they came out to the zoo in record numbers. And just as we arrived, these gorgeous Pink Flamingos came out of their winter quarters to soak up some sun.

I think living with someone who also loves animals has helped bring this feeling up in me.

They were delightful to watch. Maria and I love the zoo, and we love animals, I am coming to see just how much they do mean to me. Can’t wait to go back and get a private session with a sloth, and then with a cheetah. More later.
