Whenever Maria doesn’t get into her studio for a day or two, she gets grouchy and unbearable. This week, she sold so much stuff she spent several days working on shipping and payment, etc.
She was very grouchy.
I practically threw her out of the house and back into her studio (she was more than ready) and she came back later in the day beaming.
“I made six snail potholders,” she announced proudly. Maria loves her snails very much.
So she did get creative and she is in a good mood. The potholders aren’t quite finished, they’ll be up for sale tomorrow on Maria’s Etsy Shop, or if anybody wants to order them first, you can e-mail Maria at [email protected].
They will cost $25 plus $5 shipping. I can hear her singing in her office upstairs. She’s on a roll. I can’t imagine there are snail potholders like this.
Thanks to the good people who purchased Maggie’s skeins of yarn to benefit the Snack and Lunch Fund at Bishop Maginn High School. All sold.
