The forecast said the big storm was coming in the late afternoon, it showed up around noon. I knew we wouldn’t get over to the Mansion for Bingo, so I told Zinnia to get into the car and we headed over there with a box of beautiful hand-woven winter hats.
It was snowing heavily, but the hats were a big hit, they vanished almost immediately. Zinnia loves the snow, she can’t get enough of it, which is a good thing for a dog in upstate New York.
While I parked the car, Zinnia took up a position by the hatbox and waited patiently for me. I’m glad I got over there, I wanted the residents to have some joy on a cold and stormy day.
That is the SWEETEST picture of precious Zinnia. It just warms my heart to see her pictures. Since approaching 80 and not being physically able to have a puppy any longer I am enjoying Zinnia to the fullest. Thank you Jon. And thank you for all you do. And you amaze me driving around in that snow.
