Well, Robin told me she was afraid of dragons, and being a pro-active grandfather from a distance, I went online and found a dragon to send her. I didn’t realize it was taller than she was. Emma says they may have to rent a bigger apartment to keep it.
The good news is that Robin loves it. She says it is not a friendly dragon and she called me up to say it had eaten one of her less loved dolls. I hope this isn’t really true, but I’m not sure.
Emma said through gritted teeth that she is looking for a place to put it. Oh, well. I do think it’s pretty cool.
At least you didn’t send Robin a drum set. Well – not yet.
I once sent a toy xylophone to my best friend’s toddler son. Yes, we remained friends but the “if looks could kill” glare I got when he opened the box is still one of my favourite memories. What are friends for if not to torment one another? ?
She can hang it from the rafters!
What a FABULOUS Dragon ! The rogue grandfather hits the present bulls eye again !
Sorry about the doll.
What a.great.gift! I would love to have my own pet dragon. Where did you find him? Robin is a very lucky girl!
