Fate is built to run, Zinnia is not. But she is not a quitter. Every morning, she tries to catch up with Fate and run with her as Fate does her intense circling (not herding) around the sheep.
I couldn’t resist capturing this determined but doomed mission in a video this morning. Come and see. Zinnia is not a long-distance runner, but she is no quitter either.
How adorable is Zinnia that she thinks if she hangs out closer to the finish line she’ll be able to catch Fate. She doesn’t waste her energy now following behind Fate all the way, but stands near the end zone.
I just love seeing Fate run – that is so cool! And bless Zinnia’s heart – she does try! I love your dogs almost as much as I love mine! After Christmas I found a large yellow lab stuffed doggie on sale – bought it for the kid next door – but for now I’m enjoying it lying on my bed and I call it Zinnia.
No eggs here since Nov but they usual start again in Feb although mine are getting old so maybe not. Love the dogs!
