A friend sent me a selenite heart, and I love it. It’s in my pocket all the time now.

I hold it in my palm quite often.

Selenite received its name from the Greek goddess of the moon, Selene.  The selenite crystal forms typically in clay beds, or around hot springs.

In the crystal and healing worlds, Selenite is known for radiating light energy – which I can see and feel – and promoting purity and honesty, I seek both.

By clearing energy blockages- I suspect I have many –  selenite forces the person holding it to be honest with themselves.

It is also believed to raise awareness to a higher plane.

I hope all of this is true, I do feel purifying and healing energy coming out of this heart. It radiates light and feeling.

I fear sometimes turning into a woo-woo, I’m not into crystals, but this one as an energy that I can feel is quite real. Thanks to the sender.
