I’m heading to Albany this frigid morning with boxes of chocolate, boxes of socks, boxes of scarves, all from the remote outposts of the Army Of Good – North Dakota, Minnesota, New Mexico, even Canada.
Friday, the school goes on holiday break, and there will be no classes for a week or so. I will miss going there and teaching my class and talking to these amazing children.
The school is celebrating Christmas all week; I’ll get to see a piece of it. Thanks to all of you for helping this school to carry out its mission – offering a sanctuary for the poor and neediest children.
I’ll come home with some photos and stories, and I’m bringing Zinnia to work with my student dog-training volunteers. And because Sue Silverstein will strangle me if I don’t
Rich Dog Poor Dog would make a lovely children’s book! You could even use your own photos and augment it with illustrations.;) Just saying.❤️
Thanks, not for me..the blog is my book now..
