Zinnia has taken to eating Bud and he seems to be loving it. The two are fast friends and play all day, gnawing on each other, playing tug-of-war with toys and chasing one another back and forth.
Their favorite toy is a Donald Trump doll someone sent us a gift a year or so again. No disrespect intended, the dogs love to have him around. Bud even tried to bury him in the back yard, but Zinnia rescued him.
They are picture perfect on every level. I’m not sure NY “hearts” Trump any more but he makes a good chew toy
I love that someone sent you that dog toy… Hilarious!! The look on its face!, almost looks like it’s saying “see?’ dogs love me too!”
At first I thought cool I would love to have my dog destroy a Trump toy. My husband said no way we don’t want to have her putting that in her mouth. Good point! Ugh we are in a terrible place in this country and thanks for keeping me grounded.

Bud is a young dog, not long past his (unfortunate) puppyhood. Looks like he’s enjoying having a girl puppy to ‘act up’ with. Good for Zinnia to have a dog pal who enjoys her puppy goofiness; good for Gus to have a goofy puppy to play with. These photos make me laugh out loud: thank you.
