It could be an ironic gift of climate change, but our morning skies have been especially beautifully lately, the sun rising up out of morning mist.
It rained for much of the night. It’s starting to look like November, the bleakest month of the calendar up here.
We are prepared for winter.
The wood stoves are clean, there is wood in the shed, hay in the barn. I just called our septic company to come and pump out the septic, a precaution I like to take before winter.
We haven’t had to put the hay out yet or use the wood stoves. But I can feel it, it’s getting close.
There is little big sky around here, but our farm is in the middle of a plain, and the sky opens up for me and my camera. Every morning is beautiful in its own way. I find the path uplifting, it always seems beautiful to me.
Thanks Jon. Not too many people wake up for a sunrise. Mostly sunsets we see. You are exceptional in this regard. Again thank you. Veronica
This is a striking picture. Maybe you might want to consider offering for sale? Magical light, powerful line of attraction, beautiful colors…and a Tin Man!
So beautiful Jon! Always my favorite shot of your property and this particular photo catches the last snippet of summer/autumn perfectly.
What a relaxing, peaceful place to live. You two are so blessed. Thanks for sharing the beauty with us.
A beautiful image. Hopefully you were not naked. It’s getting a bit cold for that.
So beautiful. It has an irridescent quality that’s magical.
Absolutely gorgeous picture. The lighting is perfect
