There is a large statue of Jesus Christ in the front lobby of Bishop Maginn High School in Albany, it is a popular gathering place for the students there, and many pose with the statue for good luck and comfort.

Trinity often goes to the statue and makes a “V for Victory” sign, she says it’s good luck, especially when there are tests. I like this statue, I’ve seen some forbidding statues of Jesus Christ, showing great suffering,  but this one seems friendly and benign to me.

I loved the photo, it just says a lot and speaks to the good and warm feeling that permeates the school.
