After a storm – or several days of a storm -I come out in the morning with a camera just as the sun is coming over the hills. In their wake, storms leave the most beautiful skies, and my infrared camera, which sees light on a more complex spectrum than my human eyes, helps me capture the feeling.
We have had some fierce storms over the past few days, lots of wind and rain, and this morning it cleared, and the donkeys took up their waiting positions by the gate, it is where they meditate.
The camera saw things I couldn’t see but captured the feel of the morning in a way words cannot. This camera captures the drama of the sky.
Just beautiful, Jon! I love your photography. I tried to find the website mentioned at the end of your book Izzy and Lenore, http://www.photosbyjonkatz.com, but it said the site could not be found. I was wondering if your photography is available anywhere to be viewed now.
