I guess it’s a start. I’m working hard on Fate being calmer around the sheep, little or no running in circles. I want to slow her down so she can focus on the sheep and listen to me.

Fate is smart and attentive and full of instincts. This may be possible, I want to give it a good try. Still, she is unusual. She went and lay down next to Liam, the wethered ram, and he didn’t budge.

She didn’t seem to mind him sitting there next to her, and she did slow down and did do some staring at the sheep. I decided to call that a success and end the training for this morning.

I’m not sure what to make of that. Red might be turning in his grave.
