Sheep On A Summer Day

Animals adapt to the weather, they can’t complain about it. They are the first adherents to the principle of radical acceptance. It’s hot here on July 4th, and the sheep go still, chewing their cuds and breathing to cool down. Some take to the shade, some sit out in the breeze nobody moves.

I see this as a kind of contemplation, or meditation.
