If you look at this picture and you know anything about herding with dogs, you will notice something seems off. The border collie is lying down, awaiting further instructions.
The Boston Terrier, a dog bred to kill rats, is herding the sheep, driving them from the Pole Barn down into the North pasture (we just named it this morning.) I’m getting used to this upside down life.
The border collie is from a proud herding line in Wales, she does not care to order the sheep around, the Boston Terrier a/k/a The Little King, spent the first two years of his life in a small pen in Southern Arkansas, exposed to the heat and the cold.
There is really not figuring things out sometimes, life is about change and acceptance.
I blink every time I see it.
