When I look through my viewfinder at images like this, I think two things: I am so lucky to be able to live with animals, and in nature. And from some perspectives, the farm looks almost like Scotland.
We are not far from other people and buildings – we are not it isolated – but from many parts of the farm, there is nothing but nature. The donkeys graze individualistically, they findĀ grass and green things the sheep won’t touch, and they are always off by themselves.
This perspective is by the pond, and I think I might put this one up for sale. It is one of those iconic photos. I’ll see if people want to buy it. It captures a very special thing about Bedlam Farm.
Just beautiful! It looks like a painting.
