Red is, I think, almost 100 per cent blind now. He walked into the clothes basket sitting outside of the laundry room and just got stuck there, he couldn’t figure out how to get around it, something that would have caused him no trouble even a few weeks ago.
I took him out to the pasture for the afternoon chores, he stool immobile in one spot for 15 or 20 minutes, I am not sure what he is seeing or sending. Fate had her usual good time racing around the sheep to not particular purpose.
Our dog went blind a couple of years ago due to diabetes, he still bumps into things but has learned to not walk so fast he hurts himself if he runs into things. They adapt with time.
