Maria and I have never been drawn to selfies, but I was inspired Sunday by the many Chinese tourists who were all excited to be taking selfies in front of the Boston Aquarium.
Their enthusiasm and excitement were contagious, so I told Maria we ought to do it, and she agreed. I said we ought to have at least one contemporary photo of ourselves on the road,
So we stood in front of the Boston Aquarium and took the shot. I asked her if she needed a stool to stand on so we could be in the same frame, but she just glowered at me.
I am glad to have this shot, we had the most wonderful time.
