A number of Maria’s followers have asked me if it would be ethical for me  to offer a sneak preview of some of her work, some people say they are frustrated that some of her pieces are gone before they get a chance to buy them.

Maria and I stay out of each other’s work space, but I am a fan also, I’ve seen how her art as grown and deepened, as she has.

I love to help when I can.

I can’t imagine why it would be  unethical for me to do that – Maria would never ask me to do that, of course – so I asked her if I could come in and take a photo of this new fiber painting titled “I Am Enough, Thinking Big.”

She has worked hard on this piece for some time.

I am not detached when it comes to Maria or her work, but this piece has great energy and feeling to me.

I love the idea that I am enough. Maria certainly is.

Today or tomorrow, Maria will finish the backing and put it up for sale.
