Since Maria will almost never buy anything for herself, I look for some opportunities to get something for her. I can’t do this too often, she gets angry if I spend a lot of money. I did not she doesn’t have a Spring or summer hat, she is always borrowing my oversized hats.
So I made a not to look for a Spring/Summer hat this year, and I found this straw summer hat on Etsy, I thought it was perfect for her treks to the pasture and her walks in the woods.
She yelled at me for getting it, but I saw right away that she really likes it. This makes me feel better than I can say. When I saw it on Etsy, it shouted out, “I want to be on Maria’s head!”
And it was right.
Perfect. So cute.
