Caitlin And Gus At The Dentist
Usually, when I call to make an appointment at my dentist, Cambridge Family Dental, someone asks me if Red is coming. If I say no, there is some hemming and hawing about getting an appointment. If I say yes, things go smoothly. I get it. This time, I was asked if I was bringing Gus to my dental appointment.
I said yes, sure, and I brought two dogs – Red and Gus – to my appointment. Caitlin and the office staff just grabbed him and swooped him off, I didn’t see him until I left a half hour later. Gus had a blast, running back and forth, finding Red and torturing him, getting cuddled and fussed over.
He is a ladies man, for sure. he had a blast. I am welcome there any time as long as I bring Gus and Red. I do love living in a town where dogs are so welcome and so much a part of everyday life. And I like the opportunity to socialize Gus, although I don’t think that will be a problem.
If Gus were any more social, I don’t think he would even bother to live her. Gus is easy in the car, and easy in new places. With dogs, you get back exactly what you put in. It’s a good lesson for life.
