Biddy, one of the Gang Of Four Romney sheep, wasn’t bothered by the snow, but I think she didn’t care for the high winds. She spent most of the day in the Pole Barn, but when I came out for the afternoon feeding, I saw she had been out in the snow. The storm is no longer raging, but it is still windy and still snowing. I think the worst is over, and our power is good and everyone seems to have survived. We had snow blowing in under the back door and into one window of my study, but otherwise, the old farmhouse was sturdy as a fort. We were grateful for it, and warm as well.
