I went for a walk on my farm this afternoon, it was cool but the sun was bright and there was a light mist hanging over the pasture. The grass is not green or up yet, but grazing animals love to graze, so we open up the back pasture for them so they will stop trying to eat the barn. It is peaceful back there, I bring Red, who watches from a distance (so that the sheep will graze) and Fate who hangs around until one of the ewes runs her off a bit.
The Romneys are looking quite beautiful as their wool grows in, I think Maria will be very happy with the wool. Looking out towards Bedlam Farm, I felt so fortune to be here, to live. I carry all of the ingredients I need to turn my existence into joy.
All I need is to find the right mix.
