In the summer, Minnie has anointed herself the Queen of the Fiber Chair, she summers outside, in the barn, in a hole beneath Maria’s studio, on the back porch and mostly on the Rapunzel Chair, which she shares with the chickens. Minnie is at peace, there are mice and moles all over the place and she is content and plump and safe. This is a fitting use of the Rapunzel Chair. In October, Minnie and Flo will want to come inside and sit by the wood stove. The world is a throne to cats.
