I talked my way onto the angel’s
private mailing list, at first they said no,
it was secret and exclusive,
but I said I lost a love dog,
she had died. They could not say no.
Can love die?, I asked them,
should I cry?
I got 1,000 shares on my question,
angels everywhere posted,
one or two of them were nasty,
and jeered, “of course love dies,’
they answered, aren’t you a human,
don’t you watch the news,
have you been to Washington?
The human heart is angry and cold,
violent and fearful.
Then, they all suddenly vanished,
went silent
and the Angel Of Love
appeared, I am the Guardian Of Love,
from the Kabbalah, The Keeper Of The Creative Spark,
God asked me to speak for love,
and keep it alive. I am the master of the love dogs,
the hounds of love, they live in my fields,
I sent them out in my chariots, they never die,
they just fly home to me when their times comes,
and are restored, and ride out again,
there is so much for them to do..
You ask about love spirits, she said,
and I can tell you this, and thanks for visiting us:
Love never dies, it lives
in the hearts and souls of every human being
who see it and feel it, and accept it and receive it,
it will be love that survives in this crippled world.
The love dogs you speak of are messengers
of love, the harbingers and warriors, they slip into human souls
and keep
love alive in broken human hearts.
You can cry all you want, but
love never dies,
the love dogs are spirits, they
are all about joy, there is nothing
sad about them. Sadness is unknown to them.
Love never dies,
it is the point, the reason for being,
once known it can never be forgotten,
a cause for celebration whenever it appears.
Clap your hands for love, your tears
will fall to the ground, and seed
the most beautiful flowers.
And do not forget, admidst all of the
tears, to give thanks to He
who created it.
