At the feeder, a new routine. The animals have begun to open up the earth by making their own paths, there is ground showing now, for the first time in months. Red had taken up a new position, mid-way between the feeder and the pole barn, he keeps order, Run runs an orderly farm. The sheep are easy with him, I think the winter had all of the living things here on edge. I am glad Simon did not have to suffer it with his painful legs.
